Making Business Operations Effortless
I help busy professionals and business owners reclaim their time by taking care of the operational details that keep their business running smoothly.
For nearly 20 years, I've been the person behind the scenes—managing schedules, coordinating projects, organizing systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I spent 13 years in corporate financial services before starting Your Virtual Happiness, where I've had the privilege of supporting clients across legal practices, coaching businesses, and executive leadership.
My superpower? Creating order out of chaos and building systems that actually work. I love taking the tasks that bog you down and turning them into streamlined processes that practically run themselves.
Think of me as your operational partner who handles everything that keeps your business moving forward.
I design workflows that make sense for how you actually work. Whether it's managing your calendar across multiple time zones, coordinating complex travel arrangements, or creating document systems that save you hours each week. I build solutions that stick.
From managing stakeholder communications to tracking deadlines across multiple initiatives, I make sure the details don't slip. You stay focused on the big picture while I handle the follow-through.
Invoicing, expense tracking, database maintenance, email management—all the administrative work that has to get done but takes you away from what you do best. I handle it so you don't have to think about it.
I'm always looking for ways to make processes more efficient. If something's taking too long or feels unnecessarily complicated, I'll find a better way to do it.
I work across all the tools you probably already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Airtable, Trello, and various other platforms. If you use something different, I can learn it.
I work remotely and independently, which means once I understand your business and your preferences, you won't need to micromanage or repeatedly explain things. I'm proactive about anticipating what's needed and communicating when something requires your attention.
I'm not just checking boxes on a task list—I'm thinking about how to make your operations run more smoothly. That might mean suggesting a better way to organize files, creating a template that saves you time, or setting up a tracking system that gives you visibility into what's happening.
The goal is always the same: to make your work life easier and give you back time to focus on what actually matters to your business.
Before starting Your Virtual Happiness, I spent over a decade supporting regional and district management in the financial services industry. That experience taught me how to handle complex operations, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Since 2019, I've worked with a diverse range of clients including attorneys managing multi-party legal processes, executive coaches coordinating programs across time zones, and C-suite leaders juggling demanding schedules. Each client brings different needs, and I've loved the challenge of adapting my approach to fit their unique way of working.
I currently work with a select group of clients through established partnerships, which allows me to maintain the quality of service that's important to me. My capacity is intentionally limited so I can be truly responsive to the clients I support.
